Your data is processed by , a company registered in Romania and the operator of foreversung.com. Contact: contact@foreversung.com.

• What you write in the form: the name of the person the song is for, the occasion, the style and your story (qualities, memories, message).
• Your email, to deliver the song and to sign you in.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, landing page and, if you came from an ad, the link parameters (source, campaign, click identifier).
• Payment data: amount, currency and transaction identifier. Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe.

• To write, produce and deliver your song (performance of the contract).
• To email you about your order: the song is ready, the lyrics, the upcoming deletion of an unpaid song.
• To process the payment and issue the confirmation.
• To prevent abuse (limits on free generations per email and IP address) and keep the site running (legitimate interest).
• To measure our advertising, only if you accept cookies (consent).

We do not sell your data and do not profile you for other purposes.

Providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Vercel — hosting.
• Supabase — database and audio file storage.
• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — email delivery.
• kie.ai — producing the lyrics and the audio recording from your brief.
• Meta and Google — advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Union under standard contractual clauses.

• Unpaid songs and their lyrics: 7 days, then permanently deleted.
• Paid songs and their briefs: for as long as you have your account; deleted on request.
• Payment data: as long as accounting law requires.
• Technical logs: up to 30 days.

Essential (no consent needed): the account session, language, currency, your cookie choice and the record of where your visit came from, which we attach to your order.

Optional (only if you accept): the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, to see which ads lead to orders. You can change your choice by clearing the site's cookies; the banner reappears.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to contact@foreversung.com and we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).

Encrypted connections, access to data limited to what is needed, access keys kept on the server. No system is perfect; if an incident affects you, we will tell you.

The service is for people over 18. You may order a song for a child, but the contract is with you.

We update this policy when something changes. The version in force is the one on this page.
