Forever Sung is a service operated by , a company registered in Romania. You can reach us at contact@foreversung.com.

A personalised song: lyrics written from your story and a sung performance with backing, produced digitally in the style you choose. You get two takes of the song, a downloadable MP3 and a private page you can send to anyone.

Before paying you hear the first 30 seconds of your actual song for free. Payment unlocks the full song. The bundle gives you credits to use any time, on any new song, from your account.

The song is digital content delivered instantly: the moment your payment is confirmed, the full song unlocks on your page and becomes downloadable. By pressing the unlock button and paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and agree that, once the song is delivered, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts no longer applies.

Prices are shown before you pay, in lei or euro, all taxes included. Payment goes through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details. You receive a payment confirmation by email.

Because you hear the song before paying and delivery is instant, we do not refund a song because you do not like it. We refund in full if, after payment, we cannot make the full file available to you, or if the file has a technical defect we cannot fix within 48 hours. Write to contact@foreversung.com and we will sort it out.

The lyrics and music are produced with software tools from what you tell us in the form. Imperfections can happen: a name pronounced slightly differently, a line that lands differently than you imagined. That is why you listen before you pay. We do not guarantee resemblance to any particular artist or existing song, and we do not reproduce existing songs.

After payment you receive a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive licence: you may listen, download, send the song to loved ones, play it at an event and post it on your personal social accounts. Commercial use (sale, advertising, synchronisation in commercial productions) requires our written consent. Your story, names and details remain yours; we use them only to make the song.

A generated but unpaid song is kept for 7 days, during which we remind you by email. After 7 days it is permanently deleted, lyrics included. Paid songs stay in your account.

You sign in with a code sent to your email; there is no password. You are responsible for access to your email address. If you lose access, write to us and we will verify your identity before moving your songs.

We do not accept briefs that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory, or that contain other people's data without the right to use it. We may decline an order; if it was already paid, we refund it in full and tell you why.

The service is provided as is. Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the song in question. We are not liable for indirect losses or for how you use the song.

If something is wrong, write to contact@foreversung.com first; we reply within 24 hours. As a consumer you may contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (anpc.ro), use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (SOL). These terms are governed by Romanian law.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date above. Orders already paid remain under the terms in force at the time of payment.
