Terms of service.

Forever Sung is a custom-song commission service. We accept your brief, our composers and producers create a song for you, and we deliver it within the timeframe you select at checkout. We're operated as a small studio. Contact: support@foreversung.com.

When you complete checkout you pay a one-time fee for one custom song commission. The fee depends on the delivery tier you choose (standard, express, or rush). The fee covers:

• Original lyrics written from your brief.
• One finished, radio-quality audio track in the style you chose.
• An MP3 download and a permanent shareable page.
• A best-effort delivery time matching your chosen tier.

You will not be charged a recurring subscription. There are no hidden fees. Sales tax may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

We commit to the delivery window you select at checkout (e.g. 48 hours for standard, 6 hours for express, 1 hour for rush). The clock starts when payment is confirmed. If we miss the promised window for any reason that is our fault, you may request a full refund — see Section 6.

Our team writes lyrics from your brief and produces the audio using a combination of human craft and modern music-production tools. Each song is reviewed before delivery. We do not publish or share any aspect of your song without your permission.

You receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the song for any personal, non-commercial purpose: gifting it, posting it on personal social media, playing it at private events (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), and sharing it with friends and family.

Commercial use (e.g. advertising, paid streaming distribution, sale or licensing of the song to third parties) requires a separate written agreement. Email support@foreversung.com if interested.

We retain the right to use anonymized excerpts of delivered songs as portfolio examples on our own website. If you'd rather we didn't, just tell us by email — we will honor opt-out requests.

If you don't love your song for any reason, reply to your delivery email within 30 days of delivery and we will refund every dollar you paid. No questions asked. After a refund the personal-use license is revoked and you agree not to continue distributing the song.

You agree not to brief us to create songs that:

• Contain real-world threats, harassment, or doxing of any specific person.
• Sexualize minors in any way.
• Promote hate against protected groups.
• Infringe a third party's intellectual property (e.g. requesting we copy a known song).

We reserve the right to decline or refund any brief that violates this section. We will explain why and refund in full when we do.

We use the email you provide to deliver your song and send order updates. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you in connection with your use of Forever Sung is limited to the amount you paid us for the song in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. emotional impact of a gift not landing as you hoped).

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Forever Sung after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
